1. Who we are
Styl AI("we", "us", "our") operates https://getstylai.app. We provide AI-generated personal style analysis graphics. Our business is registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at support@getstylai.app.
2. What you're agreeing to
By using this service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
3. The service
You upload a photo. We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, fal.ai) to analyse it and generate a single graphic showing colour palette, hairstyle, or makeup recommendations. The graphic is for entertainment and inspiration. It is not professional styling, medical, or cosmetic advice.
4. Pricing
A single analysis costs $1.99 USD. A subscription costs $19.99 per year at launch price, $39.99 per year at standard price, and unlocks all three analysis types plus 20 analyses per month with a daily cap of 5 analyses. All prices are in US dollars regardless of your location. Your bank handles any currency conversion at checkout.
5. Account and access
For one-off analyses, no account is needed. Subscriptions require a magic-link sign-in via your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
6. Acceptable use
Don't upload photos of other people without their consent. Don't upload photos of minors. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or extract our prompts. Don't use the service for harassment or impersonation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
7. Your photos
We store your uploaded photo for 24 hours, then delete it automatically. The generated result graphic is stored for as long as your account exists or, for one-off purchases, for 30 days. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.
8. AI-generated content
Generated graphics are produced by AI models. They may contain inaccuracies, unexpected styles, or imperfect renderings. Quality varies by photo lighting, angle, and other factors. We don't guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes.
9. Liability
We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (e.g. for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. If you have a subscription, cancel via your account page or by emailing support@getstylai.app. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
12. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where you have stronger consumer rights in your country of residence.
