Refund Policy

1. Single analyses ($1.99)

If your analysis fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we automatically refund you within minutes. You don't need to do anything — the refund happens through Stripe back to your original payment method.

If you're unhappy with the generated result and believe it doesn't match the description of the service, contact us at support@getstylai.app within 14 days. We review each request individually. We may offer a re-run at a different prompt configuration, partial refund, or full refund depending on circumstances.

We don't refund analyses that completed successfully where the user simply doesn't like the aesthetic outcome of the AI generation, since AI output quality is inherently variable and disclosed up-front.

2. Subscriptions ($19.99 / $39.99 yearly)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you subscribe. If you cancel within 14 days AND have not yet used your subscription to generate any analyses, you receive a full refund. If you have used the service in that window, we may deduct a reasonable amount for usage.

After 14 days, we don't pro-rate refunds for the remainder of your subscription term. You can cancel at any time to prevent renewal. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@getstylai.app with: your order email address, the date of payment, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds, when granted, take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

4. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while we investigate. Please give us a chance to resolve the issue first — we are responsive and reasonable.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, for EU customers, the Consumer Rights Directive.
